every time i check, the rounds i’m looking for are sold out. i even signed up for restock alerts, but i still haven’t heard anything. it’s getting frustrating.

Overall it was fine, but I do wish they accepted PayPal. A lot of other sites I shop from offer PayPal or a few more checkout options, so this felt a little limited in comparison

I ordered two boxes of a specific ammo and ended up receiving a different grain than the one I selected. I get that mistakes happen, but it was annoying, especially since support took a while and getting it sorted out was more of a hassle than it should’ve been. if they can’t get the basic order details right, I don’t think I’ll be ordering from them again.

I was expecting a better deal for ordering in bulk, but the pricing really wasn’t good. I reached out hoping there might be some flexibility or a clearer explanation, but it didn’t feel like my concern was taken seriously. At this point, I’d probably escalate the issue before placing another large order.

I ordered a few boxes from True Shot Ammo it was kind of a mixed bag. Most of the ammo looked fine and shot without any real issues, so I can’t really complain too much. But then again, I did notice a couple rounds with small dents in the casing, which was a little disappointing. It wasn’t anything extreme and most of it worked like it should, but for the price I guess I expected better quality control before it shipped. Overall, not a bad experience, just not exactly great either.

I ordered from Trueshot Ammo and overall it was mostly fine. The only thing was that customer service took a little longer than I expected to get back to me. To be fair, they did answer my question once they replied, so it wasn’t really a bad experience or anything. Just maybe not the quickest support. I think 3 stars seems fair.

I tried ordering some ammo the other night while I was sitting at the kitchen table with a half-cold cup of coffee, and I didn’t find out until late in the checkout process that they couldn’t ship to my area. I totally understand there are laws and restrictions, but it would’ve been nice if the site made that clear earlier instead of letting me go through most of the steps first. Customer service was polite enough, but they didn’t really offer much beyond basically saying it wasn’t possible. Overall it was just kind of frustrating, and I don’t think I’ll bother trying again anytime soon.
